Selection headache

England Manager Fabio Capello praised his players after they beat Germany 2-1 in Berlin, admitting he now has a selection headache after some of his less experienced players shone in the Olympic Stadium.

Captain John Terry sealed the victory with a late header after Patrick Helmes had cancelled out Matthew Upson's first-half effort.

And it was the least England deserved after the likes of Gabriel Agbonlahor, Shaun Wright-Phillips and Stewart Downing ensured the visitors dominated throughout - much to their Italian manager's delight.

"We played very well, we had a lot of chances to score goals and l really liked the attitude of the team," said Capello, whose side have now won their last five matches.

"We played with confidence, which is very important, and personality - to play here like we did is not easy.

"I am confident in my team, and I had the opportunity to get to know some players who haven't played a lot for me.

"After this game we not only have a good result, but I know the players better."

Capello, speaking to ITV, refused to single out one player for praise, though, insisting it was a team effort.

"I don't like to speak about one player, I like to speak about the team," he explained. "All the players played well and we now have good spirit in every game. Do I now have a selection problem? It is not a problem for me.

"We have time to decide, and I'm very happy because I saw some players do very, very well and I needed to know them better."
